All Custom Cakes contain eggs, milk, cereals ( including gluten & wheat) and may not be suitable for individuals with special dietary requirements.

In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied Custom Cakes will require the item to be returned to the facility it was purchased from for thorough inspection. 

Custom Cakes requires a minimum 72 hours notice for all orders, your order will be completed and available for delivery at the arranged day and time.

Custom Cakes' suggested portions represent a rectangular slice and not a wedge found on café menus but ultimately this will depend on how it is divided by the customer.
